One of my favorite things is having my own private room and restroom, which makes it feel much more comfortable. I also really appreciate having an in-unit washer and dryer and not having to pay extra for utilities, especially when it is hot and the AC is constantly running. Another big benefit is the location. It’s very close to the UCR campus and there are plenty of food places and stores nearby. The staff has also been consistently kind and helpful whenever there are any questions or maintenance needs in the apartment. Overall, living here has been a positive experience because of the convenience, amenities, and supportive staff.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’m not rating Grandmarc a 4 at all. I’m rating Grandmarc’s MAINTENANCE team a 4. This place has its ups and (BIG) downs, like my ceiling caving in is one instance. Fortunately, two people on that team spent night and day repairing it. Santos and Joseph are truly the foundation of Grandmarc and without them this run down place would’ve fell apart years ago. You can always count on them to repair anything that breaks down in this place.
